"LeadBrain" refers to the platform, technology, and services provided by LeadBrain for CPL campaign management.
"Publisher" refers to the web or app publisher integrating LeadBrain ad tags on their inventory.
"Lead" refers to a user who submits their information through a LeadBrain-powered lead form.
"Qualified Lead" refers to a lead that has been verified via call verification and meets advertiser-defined criteria.
LeadBrain provides publishers with CPL (Cost Per Lead) infrastructure including ad tags, landing pages, lead forms, call verification, and a CRM platform. Publishers integrate LeadBrain tags on their web or app inventory to serve lead generation campaigns.
LeadBrain reserves the right to verify all leads through call verification. Leads that fail verification may be rejected and will not count towards billable metrics.
Quality Standards: Leads must represent genuine user interest. Duplicate leads, incomplete submissions, and invalid contact information will be flagged and may result in account review.
LeadBrain processes lead data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Publishers must ensure their privacy policies disclose the collection and sharing of user data for lead generation purposes.
All LeadBrain technology, including ad tags, platform UI, APIs, and documentation, remains the intellectual property of LeadBrain. Publishers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use LeadBrain tools for the duration of the agreement.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. LeadBrain may immediately suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity.
LeadBrain's liability is limited to the fees paid to the publisher in the 3 months preceding the claim. LeadBrain is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
